David Leintz, Founder and Master Electrician

Early on in his career, Dave quickly gained the trust and confidence of homeowners and builders, known affectionately as "Little Dave". Many of those customers stayed loyal to him when he started Little Dave's Electric and over the years, he has worked with thousands of customers. While most of his work stayed close to home in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities metro area, he has also had the privilege of completing several custom homes out-of-state for his customers. Repeat customers are a true testament to the success of Little Dave's Electric. 

The son of a general contractor, CJ became familiar with home construction at a young age. When it was time to start his own career, he found himself in the electrical world with a long-term goal of owning his own business, too. His aspirations for business ownership became a reality in 2025 when he acquired LDE. With Dave's mentorship and over 25 years of experience as both a residential electrician and commercial electrician, CJ is committed to keeping the legacy of LDE throughout Minneapolis and the Twin Cities going strong.
